Things to help you get ready for pre-season!

When you first arrive to NGU and start off your preseason (good luck by the way) you will be doing what we like to call, Hunger games and Iron games. Iron games are drills to see where you are technically as a player, so then you can find your strengths and weaknesses and adjust your practice to help make you a better player.Hunger games test your athleticism.  Good luck and work hard!
